We accept online payments via Visa card, Master Card, MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money and Cash payment options. We may also accept bank transfers for approved corporate or institutional clients.
Is online payment secure?

Are you VAT registered and tax compliant?
Yes. Bodo Bikes operates under Sicanebodo Ltd, a registered and tax-compliant business in Uganda. VAT invoices and official receipts are issued where applicable.

Yes. We deliver nationwide using trusted logistics partners and internal delivery arrangements. Delivery timelines depend on location and order volume.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Returns or exchanges are accepted for defective or incorrect items if reported promptly. For safety and hygiene reasons, used or worn protective gear may not be returnable unless faulty
