A few months ago, we shared a job advert for the position of Sales Officer at Bodo Bikes. After a careful recruitment process, we are proud to announce that Ajidiru Nancy has officially joined our team.
Nancy will be based at our Arua Main Office, located at BEAL MALL, Shop 06, Awindiri, Arua City. From this office, she will support walk-in clients, riders, organisations, corporate customers and online customers looking for quality motorcycle riding gear, accessories, gym wear and active lifestyle products.
Strengthening Customer Service at Bodo Bikes
At Bodo Bikes, our mission is to make quality riding gear and accessories more accessible, reliable and affordable for individuals and organisations.
With Nancy joining the team, we are strengthening our customer service and improving the way we respond to enquiries, guide customers and support orders. Her role will help us provide a more personal, professional and timely experience to everyone who reaches out to Bodo Bikes.
Whether a customer visits our Arua office, contacts us online, or makes an enquiry from outside Uganda, Nancy will be available to provide helpful support and clear information.
Supporting Riders, Organisations and Online Customers
Nancy brings valuable experience in sales, customer engagement, communication and client relationship management. She will support customers with product information, quotations, order follow-up and guidance on choosing the right gear for their needs.
A boda boda rider may need help choosing a durable helmet, rain gear, gloves or protective wear. An organisation may need riding suits, helmets, boots or branded protective equipment for field staff. Online customers may need support with product availability, sizing, delivery options or payment details.
Nancy will help make that process easier, faster and more reliable.
